Matthew Hay for Galveston ISD School Board

Once again, I am asking for your support as I run for my third term on the GISD School Board!

I believe that the success of our families and local community depends upon the quality of our children's education. GISD is improving due to our current strategic plan and the diligent work and effort of our children, teachers, staff, administrators and school board members.

If re-elected, I will continue to support and lead them towards our shared goal of excellence.

As a father and the current leader of the GISD Board of Trustees, I am fully invested in the success of  our children and our school system. By becoming a part of TEA's new System of Great Schools and Lone Star Governance, we will use our students' educational performance and an intensive focus on our goals to drive innovative solutions. These programs will greatly assist our students in their continued pursuit of academic excellence.

Please support my efforts in continuing to move GISD forward by voting for me in the  November 7th election.
